Grateful Glass for the Pov – Western Cider

Every Tuesday in March (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM) Western Cider will donate $1 to the Poverello Center for every glass of cider you purchase. On top of that for the first three Tuesdays in March (March 5, 12 & 19, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM) the Pattie Wagon will be parked out front of Western Cider and will be donating a $1 for each meal you purchase as well.

For $18 the Poverello Center can provide three healthy meals and a warm space to spend the night to a Missoulian in need. So if you gather up a group of 9 people to have a cider and a burger on a Tuesday evening in March you can make a real impact in someone’s life.

During the month of March the Poverello Center will be hosting some super fun events at Western Cider as well:

Board Game Night (March 5th, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM) – Bring your family and friends out for a night of board games, burgers and cider. Poverello Staff will bring their favorite board game and you are free to bring your favorite game as well. Come and meet other supporters of the Pov and have a fun night of playing games.

Painting for the Pov (March 19th, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM) – Homeless Outreach Team member Hannah Higgins is not only an awesome advocate support person for people experiencing homelessness in Missoula, she is also an accomplished artist. Join Hannah while she will guide you in painting a beautiful winter landscape of the Clark Fork River (see picture). Each participant will create an acrylic painting on a reclaimed wooden canvas from Home Resource that they will get to take home with them. $40 per participant with a limit of 25 people.
